ON THE PALATE

The palate has a firm structure, with a backbone of initial aromas leading to airy, delicate flavours. A tender, silky texture gradually evolved into persistent, fresh notes of candied grapefruit and pepper

ON THE NOSE

Initial nose of light aniseed and fresh almonds rapidly give way to mango and dried figs, with toasty aromas completing the bouquet.

The 1992 Harvest

Summer was hot. Harvesting took place early, starting on September 14, and the resulting wines were produced from healthy grapes.
